The Yoga activity in
Shri Ambika Yog Kutir
is mainly based on
HathaYog
Science,
which is nothing but Science of Pranayama in a simple term. The
Pranayama
is nothing but a science of regulating the breath, which can be achieved by bringing
steadiness in the body and reducing
the thought process. Because of fast life style of 21st century ,the Man has increased his thoughts
deed so also he has become the slave of modern amenities due to which physical activity has also
reduced. Due to reduced physical activity and increase thought process man is suffering from physical
and mental problems. To overcome these problems the Hathayoga is the master key, for this
Guruji has formulated following systematic yoga activities |
Out of his own experiences Guruji devised three Yoga Programs useful to common man as
1. Preliminary 2. Pranayama 3. Yoga Teachers Training

Preliminary
Certificate
|
The
Basic Preliminary Yoga Course
of total 12 weeks duration,
each session
is of 2 hours Duration every week. This basic course includes
Internal cleansing processes, some kriya based on breathing techniques and few Asanas.
This program is conducted
free of charge
at various Branches mentioned in our Branches information.
Also separate
batches are conducted for different disease such as Back Pain and
Spondylitis,
Asthma, blood pressure etc.
Annually about 25,000 Ladies and
Gents take benefit of this course. After successful completion of the basic course a
certificate is awarded to the Sadhaka (Yoga aspirant).
There
are separate batches conducted for Heart patients on Saturday evening and
Sunday Morning at Shri Ambika yog Kutir, Thane Only.
