Pranava is the subject of Naad Sadhana. Naad is the sound 'OM'.
Pranava means Prayer.
Apprehension of the sound waves of OM emanating from the Five Elements (Panch Tatwa)
constitutes Naad Sadhana. The Shastras prescribe that practitioners
of Yoga must pray (do Pranava) by vocalizing the sound "OM" This Naad Sadhana done at the
beginning and at the end of Yoga
Sadhana, helps to achieve the stability of mind that is necessary for further Yogic progress. The restlessness of the mind ceases. Concentration is facilitated. Naad Sadahana also causes the environment to become quite and peaceful.
Sadhana cannot commence without acquisition of the required knowledge.
The Shastras explain the relation ship of Pranava to the different modes of Sadahana .

reventially.

OM is the basis
of all Mantras. OM is pronounced at the beginning of every Mantra. This
bring fulfillment of one's aspiration Thus NAAD SADHANA in itself.
Mantra, Prayer, Pranayama, Trataka as well as Meditation. OMKAR is the ultimate principle of the whole universe. One who
practices it will acquire 'Amrut ' (Divine Nectar) and thus the person will enjoy divinity of life.
